Deposit

USDT Deposit

  • 請使用TRON鏈錢包轉賬
  • 系統將自動在區塊鏈上確認到賬情況並入賬至您的賬戶餘額
  • 請勿轉入USDT（TRC20）以外代幣
  • 最低轉入金額2 USDT，低於2 USDT的轉入將不會被處理
  • 您的每筆轉入都會被記錄在區塊鏈上並不可篡改
  • 轉賬之USDT將會扣除1.5%資金處理手續費后入賬至您的賬戶，舉例：轉賬100 USDT = 賬戶到賬 98.5 USD
  • 轉入金額低於100 USDT的，將額外扣除1 USDT轉賬處理費，建議轉入金額大於100 USDT

Manage Cards

Create Cards

  • In [Virtual Card] – [Create] interface, choose different card BINs to create one or multiple virtual cards
  • The top-up amount, processing fee, and card issuance fee will be deducted from your account balance
  • Some card BINs provide custom billing address options
  • After submitting the creation request, cards will be created shortly (depending on the quantity)

View Details

  • View created virtual cards in [Virtual Card]-[Virtual Card]
  • Virtual card security code is automatically hidden, click to display
  • On the right side of the table, you can perform top-up, refund, cancellation, view transaction details, and check card statistics
  • Table data explanation
    • Label: User-defined identifier, useful for searching and filtering
    • Balance: Current virtual card balance (may have delay)
    • Total Top-up: Top-up amount – Refund amount
    • Virtual Card: Includes card number and card type

Topup

  • Click top-up in [Virtual Card Table] to perform top-up operation
  • Top-up amount and processing fee will be deducted from your account balance
  • Virtual card balance updates in real-time after successful top-up

Refund

  • Click refund in [Virtual Card Table] to perform refund operation
  • Refund amount will be returned to your account balance
  • Virtual card balance updates in real-time after successful refund
  • Available balance after refund must be greater than $10. To refund all balance, please perform “Cancel” operation

Delete

  • Click cancel in [Virtual Card Table] to perform cancellation operation
  • Virtual card will be permanently deleted after cancellation
  • After successful cancellation, virtual card balance will be returned to your account balance

Transactions

Virtual Card

  • View virtual card transaction records in [Transaction] – [Virtual Card]
  • Filter records by card number, label, date range, and status
  • Status explanation:
    • Authorized: Successfully authorized
    • Settled: Transaction completed
    • Pending: Transaction confirming
    • Declined: Authorization failed

Account

  • View account transaction history in [Transaction] – [Account]
  • Filter records by card number, date range, and type
  • Type explanation:
    • Deposit: Account deposit
    • Withdraw: Account withdrawal
    • Topup: Virtual card top-up
    • TopupFee: Virtual card top-up fee
    • IssueFee: Card issuance fee
    • TransactionFee: Virtual card transaction fee
    • DeclineFee: Authorization failure fee

Account Settings

View Details

  • Click the email address in the top right corner to access Account Settings
  • In Account Settings, you can view account information, security settings, and fund account information

Reset Password

  • Password reset can be performed in the [Security] module
  • Re-login is required after password reset

2FA

  • You can enable/disable 2FA authentication in the [Security] module
  • 2FA authentication is enabled by default. When the system detects changes in account login environment, 2FA authentication will be activated
